Just seems like on a Bnei Akiva forum this issue had better come up sometime. As I hope everyone in America knows, this year is a shmita year in Israel. Here, that means mostly figuring out the best way to deal with it halachikally, which is itself an interesting topic, but there's also all kinds of philosophical, economic, and social issues involved. Anybody there bringing up the issue in Sniffim? What angle are you taking?
